Error Analysis: Rewrite these sentences correctly.

1. The athletes were amazing; not only were they physically fit, but they run fast, are agile, and are keeping in shape by eating well and exercise regularly.
2. If you combine two cup of milk with rice, some butter, other cup of sugar, and a few spice, you can makes really good rice puddings.
3. In each parts of that small country, peoples speak their own dialect so it is difficult for peoples in one part to understand them in another.
4. My hometown is just small city, not at all like a big city where I live now.
5. English is a difficult language to learn because there is so many irregular verbal and the spellings are so peculiar.
6. It is important to look after themself well when they travel to Africa next month. You should be very careful about that you eat and drink, as the waters from the tap may not be fit for drinking or for washing fruit and lettuces.
7. Although there are lots of equipment's in the lab, I don't know what most of them are used for.
8. Every one of the student who in the class is here today, so we can have an English tests that I have been promising you. If you get out your exercise book and write the answer to the question that are on the board, I will collect the books when you have finished.
9. I firmly believe a visitor to another country should try to live with the people; that way they will have a chance to really understand how the people live. You can also improve your use of the language and acquire an appreciation of the local food that you won't get if you go to a nearest fast food outlets.
